So what’s on my birthday list, you may ask? Well, I’m still dreaming of some things to take with me to Mexico next month, and I think just adding in some good warm weather work basics!
For vacation, I’m loving this structured Ark Bag from Cult Gaia as well as these nude heels that will go with all of the dresses I’m planning to take. I don’t want to travel with a ton of shoe options, so a versatile heel is key. I also need a new cover up for the pool/beach, so I’m debating about a longer tunic, like this one from Madewell, or a jumpsuit like this blush pink number! I’m also interested investing in a new pair of jean shorts – people seem to be swearing by the brand Agolde, which is definitely on the pricier end, but possibly worth the investment?!
Outside of vacation purchases, I’m looking to purge my closet. I have a TON of pieces that I thought I would wear again after I had Jack, turns out that wasn’t the case. Most wasn’t nursing friendly and I tended to wear the same pieces time and time again. So my new goal is to invest in some quality pieces that I know I’ll wear more of instead of super fast fashion or trendy pieces.
I’m looking for some lighter weight sweaters, new sneakers, some versatile accessories (very into earrings right now), and some fun dresses that I can wear both to the office and on the weekends!
