October is simply my favorite month of the year and I know I’m not alone in stating this. Bring on all the fall things. Pumpkin patches, apple cider, falling leaves, the list goes on and on. Football is in full force, the weather tends to be on the cooler side, but still pretty perfect (60s, sunny, and no humidity!), trick or treaters, Halloween candy, the best movies come back into rotation (Practical Magic, Hocus Pocus, The Addams Family, etc.), and it brings the promise of the holiday season to come (though I only really appreciate the upcoming holidays, not the less than stellar weather that comes along with winter in the Midwest). Though, we do get to meet our little one in just a few short months, so I’m hoping Mother Nature can hold off on any snow storms until after Baby Mack is here! :)
