With a low-key date night on the books for this upcoming Valentine’s day, I want to keep my beauty routine fairly casual. This Friday, post work, we are headed out to dinner and to catch a movie!
My beauty routine always starts with a fresh face. I always cleanse, follow up with toner and finish with moisturizer.
Next, it’s time for make-up. I typically start with a CC cream, and have tried a new trick to help conceal the dark circles with a red lipstick or stick blush. I dot concealer over the swipe of red and blend, blend, blend. Next comes a swipe of powder over the T-zone, followed by blush, and a bit of highlighter around the eyes.
For eye-make up, I have always navigated towards the bronzes, golds, and browns. I don’t leave the house with out filling in my eye brows & adding a few coats of mascara and eye-liner.
For my favorite part of my routine, even for the most casual night out, I like to make sure I add a hint of color to my lips.
