If you follow me on Snapchat (username: brunetteone_1) or Instagram you saw that I was selected as one of the hair judges for the AOL Fall Beauty Awards. I’ve always had a love/hate relationship with my hair, so given the chance to find the best products to treat anything from day 2 hair to finding the best anti-frizz, I’m in! I’ll be sharing a few of my favorites from the 20+ products I was able to test below!

Living Proof Perfect Hair Day Dry Shampoo – I was surprised, but this didn’t leave my hair with any residue and left my hair feeling clean and rid of any oils – and the smell was fresh instead of trying to use some floral smell to mask anything! (Fekkai Salon Professional Blow Out Hair Refresher Dry Shampoo was my runner-up!)
Kendi Oil Dry Oil Mist – A little goes a long way, but this product didn’t leave my hair feeling anything but silky and clean! I spritzed it on my hair before heat styling and noticed how it helped tame any frizz!
Rusk Heatshift Re-Styling Cream -This product is a miracle worker. For those who go days between washes, it left my hair manageable through day 3! My second day hair was still a smooth and straight as it was right after I styled it!
Styliste Ultime Satin Frizz Control & Protect Wax Powder -The powder turns into wax and allows ultimate control to tame any unruly fly-aways. Loved this! This was a runner-up but I had to include this in my round-up, as I use this just as much as I use the Dry Oil Mist.
Macadamia Professional Style Lock Strong Hold Hairspray – This Macadamia hairspray smelled delicious! It not only kept my hair in place, still left it soft to the touch! A must-have in my book.
Fekkai Essential Shea Riche Moisture Masque -This moisture masque makes my hair touchable and noticeably more manageable after blow drying.
