Last Friday night I co-hosted a Midwest Bloggers – Iowa holiday party with Katelyn at my one my favorite places in Des Moines, Penelopie Beauty Bar. It’s a must in Des Moines if are you looking to treat yourself or friends or family – who doesn’t like to get pampered?! The owners, Bopha and Katie are so talented and with their help, we threw an ultra glam party!
The talented staff provided complimentary makeup and hair demos. I love just sitting in the chair and taking a risk with my make-up and hair. For this event, my make-up artist gave me a smokey eye look, and my hair stylist rocked the curls! A huge thank you to every one who came out to celebrate this time of the year, it was great meeting all of you!
