As a habitual tea and coffee drinker, I know that it’s only a ticking time bomb before my teeth start to pay the price. I’ve tried my fair share of teeth whitening strips but often find them too much of a hassle and unhappy with the results (and the mess). So how does the process work? First you’ll receive a package from Smile Brilliant to create your impressions. Following the instructions included in the kit, you’ll mix the white and blue pastes together to create the mold. You’ll create one mold at a time, for the upper and lower sets of teeth. Once both sets have been created, allow to dry and then you’ll mail the impressions in a pre-packaged envelope they provide.
A few weeks later you’ll receive your custom trays with a set of syringes. Mine came with a desensitizing gel plus the whitening gel (I suffer from sensitive teeth when it comes to whitening).
To use the tray, you’ll line the trays with gel and place them in your mouth for 20 minutes up to 3 hours depending on your tooth sensitivity. I suggest smaller time intervals until you know how your teeth will react. Simply repeat this process daily or every other day, up to you, until your teeth are at the desired whiteness. If you don’t use all of the gel provided, but they can be kept in your fridge for up to 2 years and can be used for touch ups.

I love it! I do notice that my teeth are sensitive to the product, so using the desensitizing gel has been key for me! ANother thing to note that they gave me a heads up to was that the product will whiten your teeth to the level of white your teeth can get, depending how often/long you use the product. So the photoshopped super white teeth may not be the outcome but going a few shades whiter than the current color of teeth will happen! Just a head’s up! The product is super user-friendly and so far I like the results. I’ve spaced my treatments out every few days to curb sensitivity!
